ARB & RIBA accredited practice — London
Your brand,
built.
FLHRE translates brand identity into built environments — retail flagships, corporate headquarters, homes and the brands that live inside them. Architecture and design, one studio, one language.

The studio
Two disciplines.
One language.
Most practices design the building or the brand. We do both — so nothing is lost in translation between the identity on paper and the space people walk into.
Design
Brand, web, product & packaging
Identity systems built to survive contact with the real world — because the people who draw your logo also detail your joinery.
Architecture
Residential, commercial & interiors
ARB and RIBA accredited architecture, from single-storey extensions to landmark commercial environments — delivered through planning, technical design and site.
Selected work
The proof,
not the pitch.
Four projects, told properly — brief, approach, outcome and the numbers that matter.

How we work
Three principles.
No small print.
01
First principles
We start with what your brand stands for, not what the site allows. Decode the values first; the architectural language follows — from the massing of a facade to the specification of a finish.
02
One language
Identity and architecture designed by the same hands. No handover gap between the brand book and the building — the logo, the joinery and the lighting all tell one story.
03
Delivered
ARB registered, RIBA chartered, and on site until the doors open. We’ve delivered inside live trading environments and listed buildings — complexity is the brief, not the excuse.

In their words
Partners,
not clients.
FLHRE understood our brand better than we did — and then built it. The concession looks like us at every scale, from the facade line to the last fixture.
V. SharmaFounder — By Dr Vali
One team carried the project from identity to completion. No translation loss, no finger-pointing between designer and architect — just one language, delivered.

Before you ask
The practical bits.
What does a typical project cost?
Residential projects typically start from £2,500 for feasibility and concept design; commercial fit-outs and brand programmes are scoped per project. You get a fixed written fee proposal after one conversation — no obligation.
How long does it take?
A brand identity typically runs 6–10 weeks. Residential schemes take 3–6 months to planning submission. Commercial projects vary with landlord and licensing timelines — we map every RIBA work stage against your dates at the start, in writing.
Can we hire you for just architecture, or just design?
Yes. Around half our projects are single-discipline. The advantage of a combined studio is that even a pure architecture project benefits from brand thinking — and vice versa — at no extra cost.
Where do you work?
We’re based in London and most of our work is across the city, but we take projects throughout the UK and internationally for the right brief.
Ready when you are.
Tell us what you’re planning — a flagship, a headquarters, a home, or a brand that needs a building. We reply within two working days.
